Every Door Direct Mail reaches every address on the carrier routes you select, with no mailing list required. Pieces must meet the USPS flat size requirement, and the builder only offers sizes that qualify.

The USPS rules are our problem

The right class for the contentbills and statements must travel First Class, while advertising qualifies for Marketing Mail. We enter every job under the class the USPS requires for its content

Minimums checked up frontMarketing Mail requires 200 pieces and First Class presort requires 500. We confirm the count qualifies before the job goes to press

Sizes that qualifythe postcard rate is limited to 4.25 by 6 inches, and EDDM requires a flat size piece. Every design is checked against USPS specifications before printing

Barcodes and paperworkeligible pieces receive Intelligent Mail barcodes, and electronic documentation is filed with the USPS for every mailing

Send raw or print ready data through our secure site on your schedule, whether that is daily, weekly, monthly or on demand. We standardize every address, then print, fold, insert and mail. Your billing goes out on time without tying up staff or equipment.

Marketing Mail and Lists

Cards and letters mailed at Marketing Mail rates, which cost less than First Class. Qualifying non profit organizations receive a further reduction. Target your own list, selected zip codes, entire cities or an individual carrier route.

How we handle your list

Use your list or buy one targeted by demographics
Most customer lists carry 10 to 20 percent undeliverable addresses. NCOA catches them before they cost you printing and postage
Invalid addresses and new addresses come back to you at no charge so your records get better every mailing
We check your piece against USPS specs with you and your designer before anything prints
Full color, black and white, and variable MICR printing in house

And the service that started it all

Billings, Lockwood and Laurel. These two run on our own courier so they only cover businesses on our routes. Not sure if you are on one? Call us and we will tell you. Printing and mailing go anywhere in the country.

First Class Daily Pickup our routes

Our courier collects your outgoing mail every mail day. Each piece is metered or permitted at its actual weight, barcoded for tracking, commingled and sorted to USPS standards, then delivered to the Post Office. Letter size mail costs less than the retail stamp rate.

Package Services our routes

We apply postage to your UPS and USPS packages and collect them with the daily mail. Priority Mail is billed at the same rate as the retail counter. We can also collect your morning PO box mail and deliver it to your office for a modest daily fee.
